That&#039;s why fish farmers almost always use a synthetic vitamin E (such as Monsanto&#039;s Ethoxyquin), which works just well enough to keep the disease from becoming obvious before slaughter.

Vitamin E slows down Yellow Fat Disease. Without major dietary changes, it won&#039;t stop it.]]></description>
