The flu attacked me with a vengeance about a year ago last week, and sugar helped stop it in its tracks while other people were falling all around me. But I also increased my coffee drinking and ate more eggs and butter.

Sugar is a double-edged sword, and I&#039;m still experimenting with it.

However, it&#039;s not the Devil it&#039;s made out to be, any more than cholesterol is (or used to be).]]></description>
