250-watt General Electric red heat lamp, 630 nanometers (red-orange) to beyond 900 nanometers (near infrared radiation).

No closer than 18 inches. No farther than out of sight.

(I’m three miles north of the cheering section when it comes to General “Nuclear” Electric, but they make the best heat lamp.)
