Ray Peat's response to removing a root canal ...

"My endodontist in Mexico believes that the immune system is normally able to clear out bacteria at the root tip, but if an infection develops, producing pain, she prescribes an antibiotic. She says she hardly ever has had to pull a tooth.

"100 years ago (before antibiotics) it was believed that a 'focal infection' under a tooth caused chronic diseases, and some dentists pulled teeth to treat various non-dental problems. I think the interpretation of causality has often been wrong — for example, I knew a dentist who routinely and successfully treated oral problems by prescribing a laxative."

Re: If oxalates, phytates, and lectins bind up the minerals in all these foods, then strict vegetarians will always be mineral deficient.

That's why we should be forever grateful to the Plant Kingdom.

Mineral deficiency is exactly why vegetarians usually live longer than heavy meat eaters.

My friend Margaret Singer was a vegetarian since early childhood, and she made it to 98.

Beatrice Wood was a longtime vegetarian, and she lived to 105.

Fauja Singh (The Turbaned Tornado) is a vegetarian who never swallowed a pill, and he's still alive and kicking at 108.

<>

Heavy meat eaters might live longer too if they ate the entire animal like so-called "primitive" people do — bones, hair, hooves, eyes, thyroid, heart, intestines, and all.

Urinary bladder problems often represent being "pissed off" and sometimes fear (although fear is usually associated with kidney trauma)

The bladder often indicates guilt.

<>

Karl A. Menninger, M.D. (Man Against Himself, 1938, 1966) wrote ...

"The sense of guilt is particularly liable to become evident in connection with violations of sexual conventions, and it is not surprising that organic lesions of the genito-urinary organs should arise in direct relation to such episodes. I have observed several instances of this, and reported them in technical detail [in Psychological Quarterly, Oct. 1936]. Indeed, I am convinced from my observations that even venereal disease is sometimes acquired partly because the victim invites the infection, not only by his behavior (e.g., carelessness) but by some unknown modification of tissue resistance."

<>

Samuel Henry Kraines, M.D. (The Therapy of the Neuroses and Psychoses: A Socio-Psycho-Biologic Analysis and Resynthesis, 1941) wrote ...

"The bladder is under involuntary and voluntary control, and thus has two avenues for psychologic disturbance. When tension arises, the bladder tends to empty itself frequently; while in hysteria, emptying of the bladder may be delayed an abnormally long time. Schwarz cites cases of retention of urine in men concerned over masturbation and impotency. Eneuresis on the other hand is practically always the result of a co-existing state of tension and emotional instability."

<>

A woman with cystitis was "cured" after I convinced her it wasn't a good idea for her to have dinner with her ex-boyfriend.

She was "pissed off" at him.She realized my point en route to the hospital ... and her pain INSTANTLY disappeared.

She turned her car around and drove home instead.

<>

RED-FLAG LANGUAGING indicators influencing urinary bladder challenges include ...

"I'm pissed off," "you scared the piss out of me," "you're just pissing in the wind," "I'm piss-poor," etc.

<>

Body Dowsing (Mind Reading For the Millions) will give specific details, and it's as easy to learn as it is to drive a car.

When you learned to drive, how much of it did you learn by studying a book?

Was someone else in the car when you learned?

That's why it takes two to Body Dowse. A "teacher" would be a distraction.

Aspirin is a tamer derivative of salicylates — used by plants for defense, acquired resistance, and cross-talk. It used to be well-known that even low-dose aspirin causes intestinal bleeding, which is why I swallowed my last aspirin in 1957.

We store vitamin D for months (some say for three years but I wouldn't count on it).

Today's chemicals are probably much worse. The last study I know about was by GE in the early 1920s (maybe a few years earlier).

Aspirin IS safer than willow (thanks to Bayer).

Re: What do you think of Quicksilver Scientific’s line of lipsomal delivery?

All drug/nutraceutical delivery systems interfere with the body's own transport/delivery systems. Liposomology is flawed technology based on false science. Franken-scientists think they're smarter than several billion years of evolution. The supplement industry has now devolved into Monsanto Lite.

The perfect customer for delivery systems is someone who says, "My body is a retarded piece of mindless meat. I'm so glad you experts with surgical masks and laboratory test tubes are here to redeem my flesh and bone from their malfeasance."
