We can go crazy trying to avoid omega 3 fatty acids completely. They&#039;re in everything, including small amounts in butter and large amounts in eggs (depending on what the chickens are fed).

(Omega 6 fatty acids don&#039;t cause Yellow Fat Disease, perhaps not even rancid ones.)

Perhaps the most important point is ...

Mercury is more or less in all of our foods, but there&#039;s no reason to go to Whole Foods and ask for a mercury supplement.
