Anti-nutrients are often anti-carcinogenic.

Check out phytic acid, dissed in food, but extracted and sold in health food stores as IP6 (inositol hexaphosphate).

Same goes for lectins and oxalic acid.

Palm oil is way different than coconut oil or butter.

It's saturated with excess palmitic acid, possibly even worse than omega 3 fatty acids (DHA-EPA-ALA).

Ironically, Bayer-Monsanto is one of the few companies fighting Yellow Fat Disease (on the sly, of course) — they've been making billions doing so since the 1960s because all lifeforms (even bears and salmon) are susceptible to progressive lipofuscinosis.

“Is it better to be in time or on time?” I asked Adano Ley.

“In time is better,” he replied. “If you’re on time for an appointment, the other fellow may be late. If you’re in time, you both arrive at the same time.”

Adano Ley was holding Satsang in Flagstaff, Arizona.

I was in a rear side seat, in the darker shadows just outside the living room where Adano was sitting.

“Just how does Adano manage to stay awake all the time?” I silently brooded, fighting fatigue and sleepiness. “I’ve got to learn how to do it!”

A wave of anger engulfed me, dissipating my drowsiness, which engendered a new thought. “Maybe it has something to do with adrenaline?”

Adano immediately turned to face me, as if his thoughts had been interrupted by mine.

He smiled and commented, “Ah, my brother back there is trying to figure out how I stay awake all the time. Don’t worry, you’ll figure it out.”

I still can’t DO it, but at least I’m “figuring it out.”
