Good question! ANYONE can eat &quot;in time&quot; in ANY restaurant.

The trick is to talk to the COOK. Tipping the cook (as I often have) gets even better results.

For folks who don&#039;t know how to do this exceedingly simple thing, eating a junk-food, out-of-time meal is usually a far better choice than not eating at all (furthering both cortisol and victim mentality).]]></description>
