Re: So why use so much tahini? Sesame seeds are also high in omega 3 like flax.

On the contrary, sesame oil is extremely low in omega 3 fatty acids.

I'm not concerned about sesame's omega 6 fatty acids, especially since sesame seeds have extraordinary antioxidant protection.

However, I haven't eaten a single sesame seed in at least seven or eight years.

As for tahini, it's been a decade or two or three.

The following *general information* is not meant as medical advice.

Adano Ley claimed 3,000 milligrams of niacin taken with 2,250 milligrams of vitamin C counteract snakebites.

However, this won't work for anyone who regularly supplements with niacin.

That's why I keep niacin in the medicine cabinet, saving it solely for medical emergencies.

Another option is anti-niacin (nicotine). Squirrel away some tobacco (Nicotiana tabacum) in case of snakebite.

DON'T FALL ASLEEP after being bitten by a venomous snake.

Caffeic acid counteracts snakebite, so it does double-duty in this case.

Meditate under blue light to slow down the blood circulation or breathe into a paper bag to reduce blood pressure.
