Re: Oh, great to know!! Will enjoy my red light in my caravan with less clothes on then!

Great tonic! Abundant red light is available at sunrise and sunset too.

Ever notice the shadows are green at both those times of day?

Re: So just looking at a red light to get the color response to the eyes is of good value?

You don't even have to look at it.

Red light is the only light that can penetrate through the skin into the subcutaneous layer to access capillaries and specific lipid cells. (If any of the other colors did, we'd be dead.)

The less clothes covering your body, the more effective it is.

Re: Why did Adano consider fermented foods as "Special Foods" (miso, tamari soy sauce, dill pickles, sauerkraut)? Do you think it had to do with fungus? There seems to be a rage these days about fermented foods.

Probably lactic acid, but Adano did say there were two kinds.

Adano was way north of the cheering section when it cam to Ann Wigmore and Viktoras Kulvinskas.

Ray Peat is militantly against lactic acid.

I've been leery of fermented foods since my Transcendental Meditation days when lactic acid was considered The Devil. :-D

Re: What are the best strategies for removing lipofuscin from the body?

Minimize omega 3 fatty acids to keep more from appearing.

Vitamin E and selenium (vitamin E is chelated selenium) won't eliminate it, only keep it from accumulating.

"Stop it! Stop it! Stop it!" as comedian Bob Newhart shouts in his YouTube skit.

If you DO find a way to remove lipofuscin, don't tell the beaker boys — they won't appreciate you cutting into their easy money.

They're planning to slice and dice lipofuscin out of people with molecular surgery and nano-lasers!
