Re: I eat a ton of seafood and fish and have better sun tolerance than most people I know, staring into the Sun for hours each day etc. — DHA is stored in the body for a reason.

Fish can fuel a person for decades, and can sometimes actually increase sexual potency.

But if you're looking for longevity, there are better choices.

Keep us posted on your progress.

Re: You still need to decipher between DHA from wild fresh fish and the toxic oils made from the fish oil industry. They are different. You also need to provide proof from proper research that DHA/omega 3 from wild fish is toxic. Saying it's in Atom's or Ray Peat's books is not research. Please let me see the research that supports this or else distinguish between these oils because of processing (that turns them toxic).

Bears that eat fish are much more prone to get Yellow Fat Disease than bears that don't.

Half of the research in my 12 e-books targets animals eating freshly-caught prey.

Omega 3 fatty acids in cold, dark, and deep ocean waters are an asset for cold-blooded sea life, but not for land animals or warm-water fish.
