What did Adano Ley (Swami Nitty-Gritty) regard as the most effective method of healing? ...

American Indian Circle Healing.

Indians circled a sick person and chanted at him all night.

The LOUD plosive consonant sounds of Indian chanting is superior to other forms of mantra healing.

Jeff C. Davis Riddle (The Indian History of the Modoc War, and the Causes that Led to it, 1914) described the Modoc Sick Dance, when "they tried to cure their sick by the combined mesmerism of a circle of Indians, in which they are in many instances very successful."

I'd love to own a gym (with a book store in the same building).

Exercises are best when varied because torque plus repetition causes muscle tightness and fibrosis.

In other words, vary every rep slightly.

As an example, doing ten reps of a biceps curl, slightly vary the angle of each rep, and even vary the position of your neck and torso as you do them = look to the left on one curl, then the right on another curl, then straight ahead, etc.

Free weights are usually best with some exceptions (inner and outer thigh machines).

For flexibility — and less torque plus repetition — gymnastics is ideal.

Re: Dr. Simoncini in Italy even injected a solution of sodium bicarbonate into patients to prompt them to heal themselves of cancer. The acid-alkaline balance is an idea that is hidden in plain sight and described by various others, including Dr. Robert Young, PhD, Dr. Susan Richards, MD, Dr. Stefan Domenig, MD, and Dr. Eva-Maria Kraske, MD.

Did you notice the flaws in Dr. Tullio Simoncini's book?

The reason he lost most of his advanced cancer cases is because cancer grows in an acidic environment and metastasizes in an alkaline one.

He had no way of measuring the "tipping point," nor did he even know it existed.

Sodium bicarbonate is helpful for non-metastasizing cancers, e.g., uterine cancer, but ovarian and breast cancers are a whole other thing.

But Dr. Simoncini certainly doesn't deserve the five-year prison sentence he's serving.

Doctors are only allowed to kill patients by conventional means.
