Another improvement since giving up tuna and mayo after discovering Ray Peat in 2013 — no more calluses on my heels.

I walked *A LOT* back in the day, never getting calluses, but Yellow Fat Disease caught up with me in my seventies.

But things are back to normal now.

Calluses are a sign of toxicity, according to Adano Ley (Swami Nitty-Gritty).

Ray Peat is miles behind the cheering section when it comes to MCT oil.

It causes many allergies, including peanut allergies.

Re: So the same goes for coconut oil? Is olive oil superior then?

Coconut oil is WHOLE oil, not chemically rearranged molecules of medium-chain triglycerides.

But Ray Peat *seems* to be leaning more towards olive oil these days.

Re: What can be done for Morton's Neuroma?

You might try soaking your foot in carbonated water. Just add baking soda.

Morton's neuroma (perineural fibrosis) is inappropriate collagen formation involving the usual suspects of polyunsaturated fatty acids, estrogen, serotonin, and lactic acid.

Areas under stress start replacing normal tissue with scar tissue.

Medical doctors claim it can't be fixed. Why? Because THEY can't fix it.
