The ideal way to get over a trauma is ...

1) find out exactly WHO is the matter
2) resolve the trauma with them
3) get in shape for the next trauma

Traumas worsen with age, but so does the body armoring preventing us from accessing them by standard methods.

In the meantime, in between time, yawning and stretching, crying and laughing, belching and farting, mop the floor till you suss out where the open faucet is.

Re: Does this cover death of close and trusted companions, siblings and decades-long pets dying unexpectedly, no issues or conflicts, only joy in every way to be close too? Do not respond, just ponder what your statement implies.

As a former member of two Gurdjieff groups, do you really believe I haven't pondered those things?

Do you think I haven't been on the pity potty as much as you?

Those incapable of accepting DEATH can never accept LIFE.

Mind Hacking's Cornerstone Technique can give specific details.

I've found my share of "red herring" traumas hiding actual traumas.

People with pet traumas almost always disguise a human WHO, not a pet WHO.

After decades of Mind Hacking, I've found that 99% of all traumas fall into four categories —>

1) sex
2) death
3) power
4) change

Re: All they do everywhere — doctors and naturopaths — is slam fish oils for inflammation. Baffled!

Without a doubt, fish oil works for inflammation.

So does getting zapped with ionic radiation, once used for inflammation.

So does cortisol, still used for inflammation.

All three have serious side effects.

I wrote 12 e-books about it.

Re: Thank you! What's the solution?

Minimize omega 3 fatty acids ... and distrust EVERYTHING endorsed by the supplement industry.

Re: What's a good way to stop heart palpitations?

Gently rubbing Heart 7 for a minute or so at a time, going from left wrist to right wrist often does the trick.

Re: Thanks you! Is there a way to eat and time everything with the heart?

I have details at Atom's Blog and books on the subject.

Suffice it to say that what you do at Heart Time, Kidney Time, Gall Bladder Time, and large Intestine Time is important.

Tomato juice with soaked raisins at 12:30 p.m. is one example of a heart tonic.

Yawning, belching, and stretching take pressure off the heart and pericardium.

Re: Wow! That's crazy because after I had a big burp, my palpitations stopped.

Thumbs Up!

Re: You make some dogmatic statements, but what are the references or even your own observations. Plato's cave is an insightful metaphor, but you are not the only one to search for the truth. Hey, if eating bags of refined sugar, washed down with soft drinks, potato chips, and cake works for you, then why not, but I don't believe it.

I don't eat cake. You're confusing me with Marie Antoinette.
