Re: Who has bowel movements over 3 times a day?? I might've when I was plant based vegan but now it's once a day, sometimes every other day. Maybe I’m endotoxic.

I have a minimum of three a day, sometimes six or seven ... and I'm not a vegan.

There are few wild animals that have less than three.

Maybe I'm more feral than the average wage slave?

Even in zoos, a lion fed nothing but meat poops two to four times a day.

Re: Cod liver oil has the same amount of PUFA as an avocado a day and plenty of people do that. Find a way to eat calf liver or if you have to, eat the canned cod livers.

Eat the cod and feed the liver to someone you hate.

An avocado will never give you Yellow Fat Disease.

Only omega 3 fatty acids can, not omega 6 fatty acids.

Monsanto has made a fortune on he sly by knowing the difference.

Now DuPont (Pioneer Hi Bred International) is too.

Regular cod liver oil just ages people faster.

You might just lose a year or two or ten at the end. You won't even notice.

But fermented cod liver oil has been dispatching young people.

Re: Why do omega 3 fatty acids age people faster?

Omega 3 fatty acids colonize the body with "age spots," both inside and outside cells.

Lipofuscin quantification is a reliable indicator of biological aging, especially the "age spots" in the human heart.

Yu Kakimoto, et al. ("Myocardial lipofuscin accumulation in ageing and sudden cardiac death," Scientific Reports, Mar. 1, 2019) ...

"Lipofuscin is an intracellular aggregate of highly oxidized proteins that cannot be digested in the ubiquitin-proteasome system and accumulate mainly in lysosomes, especially in aged cells and pathological conditions. However, no systematic study has evaluated the cardiac accumulation of lipofuscin during human ageing and sudden cardiac death (SCD). Age estimation in unidentified bodies and postmortem SCD diagnosis are important themes in forensics. Thus, we aimed to elucidate their correlations with myocardial lipofuscin accumulation. We collected 76 cardiac samples from autopsy patients aged 20-97 years. After histopathological examination, myocardial lipofuscin was measured using its autofluorescence. Lipofuscin accumulated mainly in the perinuclear zone, and its accumulation rate positively correlated with chronological ageing (r = 0.82). Meanwhile, no significant change in lipofuscin level was observed with different causes of death, including SCD. There was also no significant change in lipofuscin level in relation to body mass index, serum brain natriuretic peptide level, or heart weight. Moreover, we performed LC3 and p62 immunoblotting to evaluate autophagic activity, and no change was observed in ageing. Therefore, lipofuscin accumulation more directly reflects chronological ageing rather than human cardiac pathology. Our study reveals the stability and utility of cardiac lipofuscin measurement for age estimation during autopsy."

Re: What does the white refined sugar do for you?

White granulated sugar is one of the few refined products I use.

It supplies extra glucose to my brain and extra fructose to my liver.

My book-writing speed has more than doubled. I'm simultaneously working on four e-books this month.

Coffee with lots of sugar is one of the best flu remedies I've found.

When stressed, I shovel in a few teaspoons of sugar, sometimes combined with whole cream.

White sugar is also an excellent preservative. That's why it's used in canning and freezing.

According to Dr. Google ...

"Granulated table sugar (sucrose) is the most frequently used sweetener in canning and freezing. Sugar helps preserve the color, texture and flavor of the food. The sugar in jams and jellies helps the gel to form, and increases the flavor."
