Adano meant meditation is boredom — a "bored out red Om."

Most of our traumas are self-imposed — something I confirmed while MIND HACKING.

In a Communist country, a higher percent of traumas are imposed.

In a Capitalist county, more traumas are self-imposed — no one forces the average Joe or Jane to work away their lifetime life force in exchange for nothing but a gold wristwatch and a few thou in the bank.

Re: Elaborate more on minimizing CO2 reserves.

Yogis minimized the outgoing of carbon dioxide by remaining stationary during the day and only moving around (slowly) at night while retaining animal heat.

Thinking had to cease too (validated by American scientists in 1910 or so).

All actions were directed at keeping carbon dioxide from evolving.

CO2 accumulation forced a Yogi to respire, interfering with human hibernation (the purpose of Yoga).

At least one British Army officer also learned how to stop his breath and heart for hours at a time.

We're omnivores.

Indian Yogis lived beyond their hundreds on donkey milk and rice while living in guphas and avoiding sunlight.

Catholic mystics lived beyond their hundreds on bread and water in monastic cells without ever seeing the light of day.

If you can minimize your CO2 reserves, long life is possible.
