A — No worries. Magnesium is too easy to obtain.

Malfunctioning magnesium is another story. You may own a Maserati but is it tuned and gassed up? Is it even running? Has the metabolism paid the toll to travel to the various internal organs?

An unused block of magnesium barely makes the grade as a door stop.

Can a metal get sick? Yes, it can. Sir Jagadish Chandra Bose demonstrated it in his lab over a century ago.

I also took tiny doses. It took me up to a week to finish a 25 microgram tablet.]]></description>
