		<description><![CDATA[I eat simple food these days. Yesterday&#039;s lunch was goat cheese, an early girl tomato, slices of cooked poblano peppers, salt, and a pinch of cayenne.

Supper was a hard-boiled egg, a baked potato, garlic, salt, a pinch of cayenne, and 2 or 3 ounces of pineapple juice.

My life is sedentary; I ate 3 or 4 times more in the past.]]></description>
