I don’t teach the Cornerstone Technique. The human body is the teacher. Several thousand bodies taught me. What if I told someone to close their eyes and do a mantra, and they didn’t do it? Wouldn’t that be weird? Hold someone’s feet at least a half hour a day, and study at the greatest psychology/physiology school ever created. My only instructions are, “Hold a pair of feet and see what happens, not unlike, “Turn on your iPhone and see what happens.”
