According to Don Tolman (The Indiana Jones of Whole Food) …

"All of the studies show that the nutritional component of food is not what it used to be. It's dropped almost thirty percent in forty years. If that's true, if that's really true, and this [holding up a raw carrot] has thirty percent less nutrition, which I think is a bunch of crap and helps to market stuff, but if that's true, eat two of them!"

Re: Should I feel anything when doing the color recycling regeneration videos? Do these reactions automatically fade over time from repeat viewing?

Mostly, little or nothing will be felt, maybe more following the viewing, unless a specific CEC (Color Engram Coupling) is "up" for you.

Viewing the colors (black, gray, brown, red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, violet, white) puts specific Engrams in flow, like oxygenating stagnant water fed by a mountain stream.

The rapidly moving water of a mountain stream is high in dissolved oxygen, while oxygen only enters the top layer of stagnant water.

We don't go to a therapist to be colored or opaque. We go to be cleared.

Colored means influenced, biased, distorted, specious, deceptive.

A clear diamond is perfect according to chemical composition and structure.

Nicholas of Cusa (Dialogue on the Hidden God, 1444, 1445) wrote …

"For color is attained in no other way than by sight, and so that sight can freely attain every color, the center of sight is without color. Therefore, because sight is without color, sight is not found in the realm of color. And so to the realm of color sight is nothing rather than something. For the realm of color does not attain any being outside its realm, but it maintains that everything that exists is in its realm. But sight is not found there. Therefore, sight, because it exists without color, is unnameable within the realm of color, for no color’s name corresponds to it."

"Vegetable products are usually lower in protein than are animal products. The most important exception are the legumes, which include beans, peas and lentils. These foods can be consumed easily in amounts large enough to yield a diet containing excessive protein. If you are in good health, legumes should be used in no more than one meal per day. The amount should not exceed one cup of cooked legumes per meal. Other high-protein vegetable foods, such as asparagus, lettuce, spinach, yeast and mushrooms, usually are consumed in such small amounts that they don't have to be consciously limited by healthy people. Those who are placed on severe protein-restricted diets should avoid all high-protein vegetable foods."
