"Floating specks may be debris in the eyeball. A cleansing diet, improved circulation of blood, fluid to/in the eye can break down floaters and enable them to float out of the eye. Eyestrain, mental strain, staring, poor diet, sugar, can cause floaters. Shifting, central fixation, relaxation can stop the appearance of floaters."

The soil doesn't need more minerals.

It's a myth perpetrated and perpetuated by supplement dealers.

The minerals in the soil need communication, otherwise it's just minerals in dirt.

Dirt contains the same minerals as soil.

So what's the difference?

The communication lines are destroyed by plowing.

Suppose you sliced up Santa Barbara into little squares with a giant razor blade.

The physical infrastructure (the chemistry) would still be there.

But the electronic infrastructure (power lines and the telephone lines) would be destroyed.

Neighbors couldn't phone each other, let alone phone out of the area.

Plants can use wireless above the ground, but their wireless service hasn't evolved into the efficient wired interconnected network under our feet.

Re: Every month during Lunar Time (when I eat the same healthy foods but relax the time constraints), I get one or more cold sores!

If you're not eating any different foods, Lunar Week is best eliminated until at least a year or so has passed.
The ultimate goal of Sun Sync Eating is to be able to eat anything "on time," but sometimes this takes months or even years.

Fortunately, folks with synchronized biological rhythms tend to live longer, so there's plenty of time for adjustment.

Excess uric acid contributes to gout.

Switching to an alkaline diet to counteract gout is not one's highest choice, because the alkalies, salicylates, and heat that eliminate gout work better when the blood is more acidic.

Vitamin C counteracts gout.

Zinc, copper, and cold exacerbate gout by making urate crystals less soluble.

“Gout is the only enemy I do not wish to have at my feet,” wrote British author Sydney Smith (1771-1845).

Re: I have a conflict with eating animal flesh, and wonder what will satisfy and be good for me, to replace the protein.

Most raw fruits and vegetables are packed with free form amino acids, most notably the Burbank tomato.

A vegetarian, eating a variety of raw foods and eating them "on time," gets plenty of protein directly from these free form amino acids, so you may be over-alkaline and craving uric acid (urates).

Non-flesh uric acid-related foods and herbs, containing purines such as xanthine and allantoin, include ...

aloe leaf, asparagus, beans, bee pollen, beer, cassava, cauliflower, coffee, comfrey, dried peas, eggplant, hawthorn, lentils, oatmeal, plantain, spinach, water spinach, wheat bran, wheat germ, wine, and others.
