This is often suppressed/repressed teenage rebellion. Holding a cigarette in the mouth substitutes for sticking out the tongue.

Antidotes / tongue extension, tongue thrusting, tongue exercise, giving the &quot;finger,&quot; etc.

Walnuts and cherries at Spleen-Pancreas Time help both types.
