More advertising hype. These “times” were billions of years ago, and had nothing to do with current water contamination.

Our ocean water contains 1 deuterium atom per 6,400 hydrogen atoms, and the same amount is found in many comets (but not in Halley, Hyakutake, and Hale-Bopp, each containing about 2 deuterium atoms per 6,400 hydrogen atoms).

Many scientists believe that much of our ocean water is of cometary origin.
