I don&#039;t drink water by itself (except in emergencies).
 
I drink distilled water mixed with juice, coffee, tea, soup, etc., because holding distilled water in the mouth can cause cellular damage (but it&#039;s very minor).

Minerals are best obtained from solid, whole food.

Mineral supplements are almost always harmful due to excipients, processing, etc.]]></description>
